As background for our charrette taking place over Zoom from July 13th to 16th, the team has added three new documents (click on link to download):
The developer introduction is a general statement of the parameters the ownership team expects to maintain in the master plan (subject to refinement and revision).
The pre-charrette scoping report is the summary of preliminary findings of the consultant team as a result of their scoping trip in June 2020. Note that the appendices are not included in this summary version but will be discussed in the charrette itself.
The white paper looks at the issue of siting of tournament ballfields, as a background issue for the planning of the Flatwater Mews site and its environs. The team is interested in possibly accommodating ballfields but is also concerned about assessing proper planning and siting issues.
